Seller / operator: Agentrix as listed in the operator box above (individual / pre-incorporation).
2.
Service: agent-reachability diagnosis reports for consented sites, executed via local CLI. There is no in-browser Run button.
3.
Price: report generation is free. Anthropic API usage is billed to the key holder. Paid plans, if introduced, will be disclosed here first.
4.
Payment: no payment to the operator for the free diagnosis feature.
5.
Delivery: results appear on the report page after diagnose completes. Duration varies with network, API, and the target site.
6.
Cancellation / refunds: digital free service—no purchase price to refund. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy and Contact channel.
7.
Requirements: modern browsers for the UI; Node.js, Playwright, and an Anthropic API key for diagnosis runs.
8.
Contact: email on the Contact page. We aim to reply within several business days (not guaranteed). Address/phone appear on the Contact operator box when configured; otherwise disclosed upon lawful request.
